Shipping Info

- Your order shipment

All packages are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days after payment is received and are shipped via regular air mail without tracking number and drop-off without signature. If you prefer registered delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method and we will send you additional instructions. We do not offer any courier delivery method with services like DHL, USPS, FedEx etc.

- Worldwide shipping

Kvitnu Shop shipping prices for regular air mail shipping include handling and packing as well as postage. Our shipping includes all countries and territories where it is physically possible for regular air mail.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

- Delays or missing items

If you do not receive your items ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you paid them, Kvitnu Shop shall have no responsibility, unless you notify us using contact form of the problem within 30 days of the date on which you paid for the goods.

- Digital downloads

Downloadable items are ready for download in your personal account immediately after payment is cleared and your order went to status "the order is confirmed".

- Troubles with shipping or downloads

Return Policy

Kvitnu Shop do not offer returns of shipped physical items under any condition. In case if your item comes damaged or defective, we will replace it with another copy of same item, if still available in stock. Refunds are possible only in case of provided detailed information about damaged item and if we are not able to send you a replacement.
